Certified Life Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Neuroscience Educator
Stephanie is a heart-centered Certified Life Coach who spent the first part of her career working in mental health after attaining her Masters Degree in Counseling 28 years ago. As a coach currently, she focuses specifically on the brain and behavior modification, how our mind impacts every decision we make and thus every result we create in our lives. Stephanie is certified through THE LIFE COACH SCHOOL and is certified as a Trauma informed coach, a Restoration Therapy coach and certified in Advanced Nervous System resiliency.

RN Residency & Academic Relations Program Director
Jessica Tolzman, MSN, RN, PCCN is the RN Residency & Academics Relations Program Director at Legacy Health. With a clinical background in medical-surgical nursing and progressive cardiac care, Jessica has 12 years of professional nursing experience with advancing leadership roles including preceptor, educator, stroke coordinator and clinical practice specialist. She has led Legacy's coach and mentor programs and enjoys helping others grow in the profession of nursing. Jessica has a prior degree in music and a background in wealth management and enjoys taking a creative, solutions-oriented approach to programming and problem-solving. Outside of work she enjoys travelling around the PNW with her spouse and two dogs in a campervan for all kinds of outdoor adventures!

Nursing Education and Practice Specialist
Victoria Mrowka, MS, RN, NPD-BC, is a Nursing Education and Practice Specialist at Legacy Health in Portland, OR, with 8 years of nursing experience, including the past 3 years in Nursing Professional Development.

Professional Development Specialist
Leanna Ross, MSN, RN, NPD-BC, MEDSURG-BC, is a Professional Development Specialist for Providence, and has worked in Nursing Professional Development since 2017 supporting transition in practice programs. She has been a nurse for 23 years. Leanna volunteers with World Telehealth Initiative, facilitating education for healthcare workers in under-resourced areas around the world. Leanna lives in Missoula, Montana with her husband and two teenagers, camping, hiking, and skiing throughout the big sky state.

Wendy is a seasoned nurse educator with extensive experience in higher education leadership. She has had the good fortune of working collaboratively in a variety of academic and clinical settings. Over the years she has cultivated an expertise in curriculum design and development, team building and innovative leadership. Through her clinical practice she serves rural populations through clinical practice, education and advocacy to ensure all have access to high quality healthcare.

Laura is a registered nurse with experience in a wide range of healthcare settings, including emergency rooms, school nursing with medically fragile students, neurobehavioral units, and skilled nursing facilities. After co-founding LCI with Caroline Baughman, she earned her Master's in Health Leadership, which opened the door to the field of Nursing Professional Development (NPD). Her diverse background has given her a unique perspective on the integration of technology systems, project management, and NPD practice, enabling her to tackle complex challenges and support the growth of healthcare professionals.
