Job Title: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) Location: Hood River, OR

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for both seasoned RNs (minimum 2 years of experience) and first-time travelers. As part of a critical access hospital and Level III Trauma Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in a teaching hospital environment.

Job Details

  • Shift Details:
    • No floating required between units.
    • Weekends: Required (Saturday and Sunday).
    • No on-call responsibilities.
    • Block schedules are not required.
  • Expected Patient Ratios:
    • 1:1 or 1:3, ensuring quality care and attention to every patient.
  • Special Notes:
    • 48-hour workweeks are approved for this role.

  • Facility Type: Critical Access/Level III Trauma Center.

  • Charting System: Epic.

Scrub Details

  • Nurses may wear scrubs of any color.
  • Scrubs are provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child departments.

Qualifications

  • Active and unencumbered RN license.
  • Minimum 2 years of L&D experience.
  • Comfortable working in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
